Our original mayonnaise is made using real egg yolks, not the yolk powders contained in most other mayos. We make it like a professional chef would in his kitchen – simply mixing the oil and egg yolks with a bit of lemon juice and mustard – as real mayo should be made. Due to the use of advanced technologies, our mayonnaises do not require preservatives at all.
