GLAZED RIBS IN BARBECUE SAUCE

YOU WILL NEED:

4 servings | Preparation time: 240 minutes |

2 liters of water
2 kg of pork ribs
KITCHEN MASTERS BBQ Sauce
3 heads of crushed garlic
BBQ spice mix for steaks
fresh rosemary
bay leaves
oil
salt

PREPARATION:

Pour the water into a large dish, add the salt and mix well. Add the garlic, rosemary and bay leaves. Add the ribs to the prepared mixture, cover them and leave to marinate in the fridge overnight.

Before baking, sprinkle the ribs with oil, rub them with the spice mixture and wrap them tightly in foil.

The meat is best baked on the grill, for about 3-4 hours.

At the end of cooking, unwrap the ribs, apply the BBQ sauce generously and grill for a few more minutes.
