1 packet lettuce leaves
1 packet spinach leaves
1 packet cherry tomatoes
2 fried chicken breasts
4 tablespoons KITCHEN MASTERS Original Mayonnaise
2 soft-boiled eggs
2 red onions
You can buy pre-cooked chicken or cook it yourself! Choose your favourite spices, rub them firmly into the chicken breast and cook for about 20 minutes at 200°C. The baking time depends on the size of the breast.
Boil the egg for about 5 minutes.
At the same time, chop all the vegetables – cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, lettuce, spinach – and put in a bowl. Stir in the mayonnaise, squeeze on the lime juice, then season with salt and pepper and mix everything together.
Cut the prepared eggs in half and serve with the sliced chicken on the salad.
