STUFFED CHERRY TOMATOES
YOU WILL NEED:

16 cherry tomatoes
50g feta or cream cheese
2 table spoons of KITCHEN MASTERS Original Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of finelly chopped spring onion
1 tablespoon of finelly chopped dill
Cut off the top of each tomato, use a teaspoon to scoop out the middles and place the inverted tomatoes on a paper towel to dry.
In a small bowl, mix cream cheese or feta cheese with the mayonnaise, chopped spring onion and dill.
Stuff the tomatoes with the prepared mixture.
Store in the fridge until serving.
